8Learning Experiences

Learning Experiences may be delivered online, in person or through other formats specified by us. Before purchasing or registering, you are responsible for reviewing the information provided for the relevant Learning Experience, including where applicable:

  • Date and time
  • Duration
  • Format
  • Prerequisites
  • Eligibility
  • Expert or instructor
  • Recording availability
  • Certificate eligibility
  • Applicable fees
  • Cancellation or refund terms

We may reasonably modify the schedule, Expert, instructor, format, content, structure or delivery of a Learning Experience. Where a material change affects a paid Service, applicable remedies will be provided in accordance with the Refund Policy, applicable Service terms and applicable law.

9Product Information and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on the Platform is accurate and current. However, the Platform may contain typographical, formatting, technical or other errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update information at any time.

Where a material error affects a transaction, we may take appropriate corrective action, including cancellation of the affected transaction, subject to applicable law and your legal rights. Information relating to future events, speakers, Experts, schedules or Content may change.

10Registration, Orders and Acceptance

Submitting a registration or order constitutes an offer to purchase or participate in the relevant Service. An automated acknowledgement or receipt does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order — an order may be considered accepted when we provide confirmation, grant access, or otherwise expressly accept the transaction.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud or unauthorised activity, manifest technical or pricing errors, unavailability, violation of these Terms, legal or regulatory requirements, or other legitimate operational or security reasons. Where a paid order is cancelled by us, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law.

11Payments, Taxes and Invoicing

Applicable prices, taxes and charges will be displayed or otherwise communicated before completion of a transaction. Prices may change prospectively at any time, and applicable taxes, duties, levies or other charges may be added where required.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We may decline, suspend or investigate transactions where reasonably necessary to detect fraud, unauthorised activity or payment risk. Invoices, receipts or other transaction records will be issued where applicable under the relevant legal or commercial structure.

Payment and refund-related enquiries may be directed to payments@thelearnin.com.

12Pricing Errors

Despite reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing information, errors may occasionally occur. Where a manifest or obvious pricing error occurs, we may correct the price and, where appropriate, cancel the affected transaction, subject to applicable law and your rights. Where cancellation occurs after payment, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law and the Refund Policy.

13Promotions and Offers

We may provide discounts, coupons, promotional pricing, credits or other offers, subject to specific eligibility requirements, validity periods, usage limits and other conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions:

  • Are not necessarily combinable
  • Are not transferable
  • May be limited to particular Services or users
  • May be withdrawn or modified prospectively

Nothing in this section limits rights relating to transactions already completed where applicable law provides otherwise.

14Experts and Expert-Led Content

The LearnIN may work with independent educators, researchers, scientists, professionals, institutions and other qualified contributors. Experts may provide webinars, workshops, masterclasses, courses, research-related Content and other Learning Experiences.

An Expert may be responsible for the accuracy, opinions, representations and professional substance of their own Content, subject to their contractual obligations to The LearnIN and applicable law. Although we may review, verify or moderate Expert Content, we do not represent that every statement, interpretation, claim or opinion made by an Expert has been independently verified by us. We may approve, modify, restrict, suspend or remove Expert Content or an Expert's participation where reasonably necessary.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Experts are independent contributors and are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers or representatives of The LearnIN.

15Educational, Scientific and Professional Information

Content provided through The LearnIN is generally intended for educational and informational purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Content does not constitute:

  • Medical advice
  • Legal advice
  • Financial or investment advice
  • Tax advice
  • Employment advice
  • Scientific consulting
  • Regulated professional advice
  • Any other professional service requiring a specific adviser-client relationship

Scientific, technical and professional knowledge may evolve, and reasonable experts may hold differing interpretations. Publication or presentation of Content through The LearnIN does not necessarily constitute an endorsement by The LearnIN of every statement, methodology, conclusion or opinion contained within it. You remain responsible for evaluating the suitability and reliability of information before relying upon it.

16Courses and Digital Content

Where you purchase or receive access to a course or other digital Content, the access granted is personal to you unless expressly stated otherwise. You must not:

  • Transfer or resell access
  • Share your account
  • Upload or redistribute course materials
  • Commercially exploit Content without authorisation
  • Circumvent access restrictions or technical controls

We may update, replace, modify or discontinue digital Content for legitimate operational, technical, legal, security, quality or business reasons. Where a change materially affects a paid entitlement, applicable rights and remedies will be preserved in accordance with the Refund Policy, applicable Service terms and applicable law.

17Live Sessions and Recordings

Not every webinar, workshop or masterclass will be recorded — a Learning Experience will be recorded only where the event description expressly states that recording is available or where appropriate notice is otherwise provided. Where recording occurs, it may capture the Expert, presentation, questions, discussions and, depending on the format, participating attendees. You should avoid voluntarily sharing sensitive, confidential or personal information during a recorded session.

Unless expressly authorised, you must not independently:

  • Audio or video record a session
  • Screen record or screen capture
  • Photograph or reproduce presentation materials
  • Retransmit or distribute a session
  • Publish or commercially exploit recordings or session materials

Any authorised recording remains subject to these Terms and any additional restrictions communicated for the relevant Learning Experience.

18Certificates

The LearnIN may issue certificates for participation, completion or achievement where applicable. Eligibility may depend on requirements such as attendance, completion, assessments, assignments, participation or other specified criteria.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a certificate is not a degree, academic qualification, professional licence or government-recognised qualification. You must not alter, falsify, reproduce for deceptive purposes or misrepresent a certificate. We may correct, suspend or revoke a certificate where it was issued in error or obtained through fraud, misrepresentation or failure to satisfy applicable eligibility requirements, subject to applicable law.

19Intellectual Property

The Platform, The LearnIN brand, logos, trademarks, design elements, software, interfaces and proprietary Content are owned by or licensed to Kosmeron Intellect Private Limited or their respective rights holders. Expert and third-party Content may remain the property of the relevant Expert or third party. Access to the Platform or Content does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

Except as expressly authorised, you must not reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, communicate, sell, license, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected Content or intellectual property.

Our IP Policy provides additional provisions relating to intellectual property rights and infringement matters.

20User Content

Users may submit reviews, ratings, questions, comments, feedback and other User Content. You retain ownership of User Content to the extent you have lawful ownership rights in it. By submitting User Content, you grant The LearnIN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and otherwise use that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, administer, promote and improve the Platform and Services.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to submit the User Content, it does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights, it is not fraudulent or misleading, and its submission and use by The LearnIN as permitted above does not violate applicable law or contractual obligations. We may remove, restrict or moderate User Content that violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, Content Integrity requirements or applicable law.

21Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and ratings should reflect genuine experiences and opinions. You must not submit fraudulent or fabricated reviews, manipulate ratings, impersonate another reviewer, submit reviews for undisclosed compensation or improper incentives, use reviews to threaten, harass or extort, or include unlawful material.

We may moderate, remove or restrict reviews that violate applicable rules or law. Nothing in this section is intended to prevent genuine opinions or rights protected under applicable law.

22Community Conduct

Where community, discussion, commenting or interactive features are available, you must behave professionally and respectfully. You must not engage in:

  • Harassment or threats
  • Discriminatory abuse
  • Impersonation
  • Spam
  • Malicious activity
  • Academic misconduct
  • Unlawful conduct
  • Deliberate disruption of community discussions

Our Community Guidelines apply to community participation and may contain additional requirements. We may remove Content, restrict participation or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, Experts, the Platform or the integrity of the community.

23Academic and Content Integrity

Users and Experts must not engage in plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, impersonation, fraudulent credentials or deliberate material misrepresentation. Our Content Integrity Policy applies to Content and participation on The LearnIN. Where appropriate, violations may result in:

  • Removal or restriction of Content
  • Suspension of participation
  • Account suspension
  • Withdrawal or revocation of certificates
  • Termination of access
  • Other appropriate action, subject to applicable law

24Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely upon or integrate third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, video-conferencing services, communication providers, analytics providers and other technology services. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The LearnIN does not control independent third parties and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, is not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, policies, security, availability or performance.

25Technical Requirements

You are responsible for maintaining the device, browser, software, operating system and internet connection necessary to access the Platform. Technical requirements may vary between Services. We are not responsible for failures caused solely by incompatibility, inadequate user equipment, internet connectivity or third-party technical environments, subject to applicable law.

26Platform Availability

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform and Services available. However, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable or restricted due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Upgrades
  • Technical failures
  • Cybersecurity incidents
  • Telecommunications or utility failures
  • Third-party service failures
  • Governmental action
  • Natural events
  • Force majeure circumstances
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

27Changes, Cancellations and Rescheduling

We may change, reschedule or cancel a Learning Experience due to circumstances including Expert or instructor availability, technical issues, operational requirements, feasibility, legal or regulatory requirements, force majeure or other legitimate circumstances. Where a paid Learning Experience is materially affected, applicable remedies will be provided in accordance with the Refund Policy, relevant Service terms and applicable law.

28Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an error or issue with a payment, you should first contact payments@thelearnin.com so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the matter. Where reasonably necessary, we may provide relevant transaction, registration, attendance, access or other records to payment processors, banks or financial institutions for purposes of resolving payment disputes or investigating suspected fraud.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising legitimate statutory or contractual rights. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in suspension or termination of an account, subject to applicable law.

29No Guarantee of Outcomes

Participation in any Learning Experience does not guarantee any particular academic, professional, employment, business, research, financial or other outcome. Any testimonials, examples, case studies or statements regarding potential results are illustrative and should not be understood as guarantees. Individual outcomes depend upon numerous factors outside our control.

30Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Platform will always be available
  • Services will be uninterrupted
  • Content will always be current or error-free
  • Defects will always be corrected
  • The Platform will meet every user's particular expectations
  • Participation will produce any particular result or outcome

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, condition, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, the aggregate liability of The LearnIN and Kosmeron Intellect Private Limited arising from or relating to a particular paid transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that specific Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

32Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kosmeron Intellect Private Limited, The LearnIN and their respective officers, employees, contractors and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising from or relating to:

  • Your material breach of these Terms
  • Unlawful use of the Platform
  • Your User Content
  • Infringement of third-party rights by your conduct or submissions
  • Fraud or wilful misconduct
  • Violation of applicable law

This obligation shall not apply to the extent a claim arises from conduct or liability that is not attributable to you or cannot lawfully be shifted to you.

33Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to material breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, fraud or suspected fraudulent activity, security or operational risk, intellectual property infringement, misuse of the Platform, conduct that creates serious risk or harm, or legal or regulatory requirements.

Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address a violation before taking action. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to address fraud, security risks, unlawful conduct or serious harm. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

34Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account where applicable. Deleting an account may result in loss of access to your account, Content, participation history or other account features.

Certain information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or other legitimate purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy. Certificates and financial, legal or transaction records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary.

The updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date, and where required by law or reasonably appropriate we may provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
